Welcome to Paapii's Factory Shop!

Our factory outlet is located in Kokkola, right next to Highway 8. It's easy to drop by even during a journey. If you arrive by train, it's less than a 10-minute walk from the station. In the spacious store, you'll find everything that our online store offers, as well as products you won't find anywhere else. Welcome!

In November and December 2025, you’ll find selected patterned Christmas fabrics at special prices in Paapii’s factory outlet in Kokkola, along with inspiring gift sets for Christmas. We will wrap your gifts beautifully, and don’t forget to ask for a free sewing pattern at the checkout for making a lovely Santa hat!

The factory outlet’s Christmas promotions are valid until 31 December 2025. You are warmly welcome to visit us!
