Design Treasures at PaaPii's Factory Store

PaaPii's factory store is filled with Finnish design treasures, where you can find unique gifts and souvenirs for yourself or your loved ones. The selection includes a wide range of fabrics, clothing for babies, children, women, and men, lifestyle products, pattern books, and sewing supplies. All the garments are made in Kokkola, under the same roof, as PaaPii's sewing factory is located just a few steps away from the store. Also, explore the fantastic selection of Finsket, the clothing brand affectionately called PaaPii's little brother. The store is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

KNUT - Crafts Near and Far

A new design store has opened in the old, atmospheric railway station in Kokkola, bringing together crafts and design from near and far. KNUT is a concept born out of collaboration between PaaPii Design and Taito Keski-Pohjanmaa. Those interested in crafts and design can easily visit the store on weekdays or weekends. KNUT is located at Rautatienkatu 1 and is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm.

Walking Tour in Old Town Neristan

Wooden houses side by side, nestled under the shade of leafy trees. Full of history and stories. In the heart of the city lies the Old Town of Neristan, with hundreds of wooden houses, some dating back to the 18th century. Neristan allows you to feel the atmosphere of bygone eras and indulge in the imagination of what this environment might have looked like if we could travel back in time.

Unique Tankar Lighthouse Island

A landscape like a painting - the stunning Tankar is a place worth experiencing! You can easily reach the lighthouse island by taking a boat trip from Kokkola's Meripuisto on M/S Jenny. Capture beautiful photos of the charming red and white lighthouse and indulge in a picnic on the rocks, enjoying the breathtaking archipelago views.

Meripuisto

The beautiful Kokkola Meripuisto provides a great setting for picnics, playtime in the park, and various hobbies. Take a refreshing swim, play frisbee golf, do some yoga, or relax while reading a book - Meripuisto offers plenty of space for activities, and you can easily reach it from the city center by bicycle.
