Paapii’s dark grey merino wool leg warmers in jacquard knit  in the pattern Looped square. The inspiration for the pattern-Looped square, comes from the Hannunvaakuna or the Bear paw. 

"The Hannunvaakuna, or the Bear Paw, exudes history, and we wanted to create our own pattern for Paapii based on it. In that mystical symbol, there is said to be a hidden protective power that was once believed in ancient times. It is said that the symbol was used to ward off evil spirits and bad luck. As a result, the Hannunvaakuna can still be found today, for example, on the walls of old buildings."

Made from flexible 100% mulesing-free merino wool, these leg warmers are versatile and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in various seasons. These leg warmers, made in Finland, are lovingly sewn with solar energy at Paapii’s own sewing factory in Kokkola. 

The material is 100 % organic merino wool in jacquard knit. The jacquard technique, where patterns are woven from various coloured threads, adds depth and beauty to the fabric.
