Paapii’s dark grey and grey coloured merino wool hoodie in jacquard knit. The inspiration for the pattern-Looped square, comes from the Hannunvaakuna or the Bear paw. 

"The Hannunvaakuna, or the Bear Paw, exudes history, and we wanted to create our own pattern for Paapii based on it. In that mystical symbol, there is said to be a hidden protective power that was once believed in ancient times. It is said that the symbol was used to ward off evil spirits and bad luck. As a result, the Hannunvaakuna can still be found today, for example, on the walls of old buildings."

The fitted cut gives the hoodie a streamlined look, balanced by the generously sized collar. The large collar is a striking detail, while the structured upper part keeps the silhouette beautifully balanced. Wide cuffs at the sleeve openings and hem complete the polished look. Pair the hoodie with, for example, Paapii's organic cotton Saaga trousers or jeans. The hoodie is made from 100% merino wool – a wonderfully soft and warm material that feels lovely against the skin. Slip it on whenever you need a little extra warmth on a crisp autumn day and a feeling as comforting as a warm hug.

Paapii’s merino wool interlock jacquard knit is mulesing-free and made in Finland. It is a smooth 100% merino wool fabric with the pattern knitted into the material. The interlock construction locks the yarns inside the knit, so they do not show on the surface. This gives the fabric a smooth, luxurious feel.
