New 0-Series: Carbon Footprint Pure Zero

03.09.2025

Paapii is releasing something truly special: the 0-series. Its products are made from production side streams, that is, surplus materials that would otherwise go unused. This way, every piece of fabric has the chance to gain a new life – as pouches and scrunchies!

Nature as inspiration

Nature is an important source of inspiration for Paapii, which is reflected in the design, images, choice of materials, selection of partners and daily decisions. We want to take responsibility for the environment by making our operations as carbon-neutral as possible and creating the conditions for sustainable development.

Beautiful, practical and Finnish

The 0-series Arki pouch and scrunchies are made from organic cotton sourced from a GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified factory. The products are sewn with love and powered by solar energy in Kokkola, making them not only practical but also 100% Finnish.

Why the name 0?

As its name suggests, the carbon footprint of the 0-series products is a clean zero. By using already existing materials, we reduce waste and give surplus fabric a new, cheerful purpose.

Sustainability you can see and feel

At Paapii, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We want to create durable, ecological and high-quality products that bring joy to everyday life and stand the test of time. The 0-series is another step toward an even smaller environmental footprint and a more sustainable world.

Grab your own!

Since the 0-series is made from production side streams, the products are available only in limited quantities. That’s why every pouch and scrunchie is a unique piece of Paapii’s sustainability story. Discover the 0-series products now and pick your own favorites!
